Awards and commendations for individuals who promote and contribute to education and culture
At our formal awards ceremony, we grant prizes such as the “Tono Citizen’s Culture Award,” for those who have made notable achievements in education and culture, and the “Education and Culture Encouragement Award,” for individuals who have made great achievements in education, culture, sports, etc.

Four times annually we publish a PR leaflet. We distribute it to every home in the city and to major public facilities.
